U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to work in U-Haul Moving and Storage Center lots, applying technical skills to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role involves explaining towing packages, installing the chosen tow package, and ongoing training through U-Haul University. Pay ranges from $15.92 to $18 per hour, with a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus after certification; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
