U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring a Hitch Service Technician to install and explain towing packages and deliver friendly service at our Moving and Storage Centers. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and opportunities to advance after completion of initial training.

You'll need a valid driver's license, basic wiring and tool experience, and a high school diploma. The position emphasizes safety, customer support, and ongoing learning through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
