Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to work at our Moving and Storage Center lots, applying hands-on skills to assist customers with tow packages and installations. The role emphasizes service excellence and ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, basic wiring, and familiarity with hand and power tools. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s towing packages.
• Install tow packages on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
