Job summary

U-Haul in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to install and explain towing packages, and deliver hands-on service at our Moving and Storage Center.

You will participate in two paid hands-on interviews, with eligibility for a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 bonus upon completing certification. Requires a valid driver’s license, basic wiring and hand/power tool experience. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and working around moving parts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
