Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to join our Moving and Storage Center team in Oregon. You will advise customers on hitch packages, install the right tow systems, and deliver outstanding service.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, basic wiring and tool experience, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. The position offers comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth. You will participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
