U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to work on our Moving and Storage Center lots. You will use your hands-on skills to evaluate towing packages, install the best option for customers, and deliver outstanding service.

The role requires basic wiring/hand tools and a valid driver’s license. A positive safety mindset and physical ability to handle some heavy lifting are essential, with opportunities for benefits and advancement.

Qualifications

• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to explain tow packages and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s towing packages.
• Install the correct tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
