Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Histology or related field required.
• 1-2 years Histology lab experience.
• Florida histotechnologist license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Perform embedding, microtomy, routine and special stains.
• Maintenance of all histology equipment and filing of slides.
• Quality control and data entry in LIS; consult with Pathologist as needed.
