NeoGenomics is seeking a Histotechnologist Lead for our Fort Myers, FL lab. This advanced role supports the department supervisor, trains staff, assigns and reviews work, and performs the full range of technical tissue prep procedures.

The position requires supervisory capability, a strong histology background, and certification (HT/HTL). The work schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with the potential for changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of Histology experience preferred.
• HT (ASCP) or HTL (ASCP) certification is preferred.
• FL: current Technologist/Technician license is required.

Responsabilités

• Assists in supervising technical personnel by monitoring workflow and assignments.
• Leads department projects and implements improvements.
• Monitors performance verification, QA/QC records, and compliance with regulations.
