Qualifications

• Licensure as Histotechnologist or Histotechnician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine histology including fixation, processing, embedding, microtomy and staining.
• Assist pathologists with frozen sections and FNA procedures.
• Maintain QC documentation and accurate patient identification.
• Prepare and monitor reagents and automate slide stainers.
• Ensure timely turnaround and proper tissue orientation for embedding.
