The role requires completion of a NAACLS-accredited Histotechnician program with 3+ years of lab experience or equivalent education, and U.S. work authorization. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a NAACLS-accredited Histotechnician program and 3+ years of laboratory experience (one year of experience may be counted from program completion).
• High School Diploma and 5+ years of laboratory experience OR Associate Degree in a scientific field and 3+ years of laboratory experience. OR Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field and 1+ years of laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform histology laboratory procedures to produce tissue slides in a CLIA/CAP-certified lab.
• Handle FFPE blocks, slides, and LIS data per SOPs.
• Prepare and perform DNA and RNA extraction procedures.
• Maintain histology equipment and quality control records.
• Enter data into IMS and LIS systems.
• Assist in training team members and interact with pathologists.
