Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of laboratory experience.
• Basic computer skills (internet/email).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Associates Degree in Science preferred.
• Experience in a clinical pathology laboratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive FFPE samples into histology lab for DNA extraction prep.
• Perform H&E staining per SOPs.
• Maintain lab inventory and supply levels.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Dispose of waste according to policy.
• Record temperatures and maintain QC records.
• Use LIMS and Excel to track samples.
• Label blocks, slides, and DNA tubes per SOPs.
