You\'ll coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator and help prepare venues for events by moving equipment and setting up tables, chairs, and bars while keeping grounds neat and guest-ready.

Responsibilities

• Keep properties, grounds, and event spaces clean and presentable.
• Perform light cleaning duties as needed.
• Conduct daily property walkthroughs and basic upkeep.
• Handle light maintenance, such as replacing bulbs and minor repairs.
• Organize furniture and equipment and move supplies between venues.
• Assist with pressure washing and exterior upkeep as needed.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, bars, equipment).
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Coordinator and Director of Facilities.
