Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Recent graduate from an accredited histology program or 1 year of technical experience in a surgical pathology laboratory required.
• 3 years experience in a surgical pathology laboratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut, stain and prepare tissue samples for pathologist review.
• Prioritize testing procedures and complete them accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate records of all tests done in accordance with policies and regulations.
