The candidate should have at least 1 year of histopathology or related lab experience and 1 year handling PHI with an LIS. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year histopathology or related laboratory experience.
• Must have 1 year experience handling PHI and patient information using an LIS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare slides for microscopic evaluation under supervision.
• Label and prepare tissue specimens for gross dissection.
• Maintain and clean equipment; perform slide staining.
• Handle paperwork for accessioning and reporting; monitor inventory.
