Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in histology or related field.
• ASCP certification: HTL or HT/HTL pathway options.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily functions of histopathology lab to ensure efficiency.
• Prepares schedules, assigns work, and reviews staff performance.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and calibrations; ensures safety standards.
• Participates in budgeting and long-term capital planning.
• Develops and maintains policies for the lab; ensures CLIA compliance.
