Job summary

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a technician to perform basic histology duties, slide delivery, and slide filing in alignment with departmental procedures.

You will communicate with providers and pathologists to coordinate send-out testing and clinical trials, reporting directly to the histology supervisor. This is a full-time position at a leading academic medical center in central Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year of pathology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic histology duties, slide delivery and slide filing in accordance with department procedures and policies.
