Job summary

Labcorp in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Histology Lab Services Team Lead for the 2nd shift at Ascension St. Mary's Hospital. You will supervise daily operations, train staff, and ensure timely, accurate testing results.

The role requires an associate degree in a chemical or biological science and at least 2 years as histotechnologist/histotechnician; preferred are a bachelor’s degree, IHC/SP stains experience, and ASCP certification. The lab offers growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology.
• 2 years or more of experience as a Histotechnician or Histotechnologist.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with day-to-day operations of the histology laboratory.
• Send daily, weekly and monthly production reports to management.
• Assist with training of new hires and development of current employees.
• Maintain safe work environment and proper PPE.
