Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability in the Hispanic food segment in Fairfield, OH.
• Penetrate accounts and present product offerings to customers.
• Partner with restaurant operators, distributors, and internal teams to promote Hispanic products.
• Assist sales reps to bring in new business and present ongoing promotions.
• Duties include order processing, pricing maintenance, and AR monitoring as needed.

Position Summary:

Responsible for sales and profitability growth of the Hispanic food segment in the Fairfield, OH geography. May include, but not limited to: order taking, order processing, order guide maintenance, pricing maintenance within guidelines set by the sales manager, accounts receivable monitoring of assigned accounts. Works to develop strong relationships with customers, identifies business opportunities, and provides product expertise. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Profitable growth of assigned customers in terms of increasing line item penetration, gross profit dollars per drop increases and overall increase in customer base.
• Responsible for account penetration and product presentations to customers.
• Responsible to partner with restaurant operators, distributors, and internal sales teams to promote Hispanic food products.
• Will assist sales representatives to bring in new business.
• Presentation of ongoing promotions to accounts.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

1-2 years Sales / Marketing or related area

Valid Drivers License

Bilingual in English & Spanish
