Generations Bank seeks a Hispanic Community Manager to serve as the bank's ambassador within Hispanic communities, strengthening relationships and promoting financial education. The role collaborates with marketing, CRA initiatives, and various bank teams to connect families and businesses with banking resources.

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years banking experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to perform essential functions and physical demands as described in Full Job Description.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle if required to drive during duties.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Face of the Bank for the Hispanic Community, cultivating relationships with local nonprofits, schools, churches, and business leaders.
• Lead the Conversation at community meetings to educate the public on Generations Bank offerings.
• Invest in the Future by guiding charitable contributions, sponsorships, and grants toward underserved areas.
• Drive Growth by uncovering and nurturing opportunities for deposits, loans, mortgages, and small business partnerships.
• Bridge the Gap by connecting community members with retail, commercial, mortgage, and treasury teams.
• Educate & Elevate by designing and delivering financial literacy workshops.
• Build Bridges to help individuals navigate banking products for their financial futures.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create outreach, events, and educational campaigns.
• Stay Compliant & Purpose-Driven by aligning with CRA/HMDA regulations.
