Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Healthcare Credentialist Hiring Support Specialist to assist an enterprise account with screening, document collection and certification validations. You will support candidate readiness for site employment, coordinate interviews, and maintain onboarding progress across departments.

The role requires 1+ year experience in administration or recruiting/credentialing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year administrative or customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year in recruiting or credentialing.
• Minimum of one year using workforce scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office technology.
• Ability to take initiative and manage deadlines.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with candidates by phone and email to ensure proper screening and documentation.
• Coordinate readiness for site employment with operations team.
• Collaborate across departments for successful outcomes.
• Document activities and provide timely hiring process reports.
• Screen and interview candidates as needed.
• Schedule interviews and onboarding steps.
• Coordinate second interviews with clients or Account Managers.
• Enter Compliance code into WinTeam and maintain schedules.
• Review WinTeam schedules to prevent unCredentialed post.
• Participate in recruiting events as required.
