Join us as we expand our impact and grow our company as a Senior Illustrator and Motion Graphic Designer. This role is located in the Poland and home office based.

The Role

As a Senior Illustrator and Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll bring Oviva’s health education content to life with engaging visuals and animations that boost user understanding and motivation.

You’ll work independently within the Content Team, collaborating with Editors and Designers to deliver impactful, on-brand graphics — from concept to final delivery. Your work will make complex health topics accessible and drive real engagement.

• Create clear, attractive illustrations using Figma that enhance Oviva’s health-focused learning content and app interface.
  

• Develop engaging motion graphics using After Effects and LottieFiles to improve user understanding and retention.
  

• Translate complex health topics into visually intuitive formats that are easy to grasp and meaningful to users.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape creative direction, provide visual storytelling support, and align with business goals.
  

• Manage illustration and animation projects independently — from concept through delivery — ensuring consistency, timeliness, and high-quality output.
  

• Stay up to date with design and animation trends, accessibility principles, and new tools to ensure the highest standards are met.
  
  

About You

• Proven skills in illustration and motion graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your range and quality.
  

• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and LottieFiles (note: we do not use Adobe Illustrator).
  

• Fluent in English, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  

• Experience delivering consistent, on-brand visuals at scale and under tight timelines.
  

• Ability to manage projects independently — including planning, briefing, and delivering high volumes of work with minimal oversight.
  

• Skilled in converting complex health information into engaging, user-friendly visual formats.
  

• Confident collaborating across disciplines and communicating design decisions clearly.
