As a Senior Illustrator at Designity, you will turn ideas into visually stunning illustrations that enhance branding, marketing, and storytelling for a diverse range of clients. From concept sketches to final designs, you ll create original artwork that aligns with client goals and brand identities. You will use AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and allow you to focus on the artistry that makes each piece stand out. Collaborating with Creative Directors, you ll refine your craft, iterate based on feedback, and grow within a dynamic creative community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop unique and engaging illustrations that bring creative concepts to life.
• Experiment with different styles, techniques, and visual storytelling approaches to elevate projects.
• Transform initial sketches into polished, high-quality illustrations that fit project objectives.
• Balance creative vision with client needs, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Incorporate AI-driven tools in your daily work to accelerate concept development and explore new creative directions efficiently.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and fellow designers to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Stay up to date by exploring new trends and best practices to enhance your work.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience as an Illustrator, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in styles, including character design, editorial illustration, or brand-focused visuals.
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and AI-powered tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and graphic design principles.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills, with a proactive approach to feedback and collaboration.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to different client needs.
