• Support litigation processes by reviewing documents for relevance and accuracy, assisting with deposition preparation, and organizing trial materials
• Maintain effective communication with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion
• Prepare detailed reports on case status updates for attorneys and clients regularly
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of paralegal experience with a focus on personal injury law or civil litigation support
• Proven knowledge of procedural law related to personal injury cases as well as general & commercial litigation practices
• Proficiency in legal research tools including LexisNexis and Westlaw; familiarity with iManage, PCLaw, and document review software is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at client interaction and maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), legal drafting, proofreading, and document management systems
• Ability to perform detailed legal research and support complex litigation processes effectively
