Aerotek is hiring a Packaging Associate in Addison, IL for a fast-paced production environment. You will package lip balms and personal care products, verify quantities, and keep lines running efficiently on a high-speed production line.

Qualifications

Every product that leaves the facility represents the company's commitment to quality, and you'll play a key role in making that happen.

Carefully package lip balms and personal care products into cartons and displays

Count and verify product quantities to ensure every order is packed accurately

Use scales to confirm proper box weights and product counts

Inspect labels for correct placement, expiration dates, print quality, and overall appearance

Identify and remove products with defects such as damaged packaging, misprints, or labeling issues

Maintain a steady pace on a high-speed production line while meeting daily goals

Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready at all times

Collaborate with teammates to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently

Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Addison, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.74 - $19.74/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
