Job summary

The GIANT Company in Richboro, PA seeks a capable team member to serve as a liaison between team members and store management. You will assist with MyRewardsEveryday pre-screenings, orientations, record-keeping, and store uniforms, while supporting HRBP with postings and training coordination.

Responsibilities include overseeing new hire training, annual training compliance, and coordinating store events within budget. Must meet company standards and wear approved attire.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must read, write, communicate, and understand to perform duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes.
• Must have keyboard skills.
• Display confidentiality with sensitive team member issues and company information.

Responsibilities

• Check-in with the management team to discuss team member needs.
• Review email and other related areas on the computer.
• Coordinate the hiring process with reviewing applications, pre-screenings, interviews, orientations, and postings.
• Oversee completion of new hire computer-based training and on-the-job training.
• Ensure completion of required annual computer-based training.
• Responsible for inventory levels of uniforms and supplies.
• Plan and execute store events within budget (job fairs, recruiting events, holidays).
• Maintain confidential records and proper disposal after retention period.
