Qualifications

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with California, or willing to complete registration guidance.
• Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License, social security card, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Current negative TB clearance (or willing to obtain).
• Strong English communication skills and a heartfelt passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship, engaging conversation, and personal care support.
• Assist with light physical exercises, transfers, and mobility around the home.
• Prepare wholesome, nutritious meals and offer timely medication reminders.
• Escort clients to local medical appointments, errands, and grocery trips.
• Maintain clear, simple daily logs.
