Home Helpers in Marin County is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support local seniors who wish to thrive independently at home. You will assist with daily activities, provide meaningful companionship, and help with light housekeeping and mobility support.

The role requires empathy, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and TB tests. Training and state registration assistance are offered to help you get started.

Qualifications

• Empathy and a professional bedside manner.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) State Registration (assistance offered).
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check, drug screening, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Medication reminders and meal preparation.
• Providing local transportation.
