Job summary

Home Helpers in Marin County is seeking compassionate caregivers to support local seniors at home. You’ll provide bathing, dressing, meal prep, transportation, and meaningful companionship, with light housekeeping and some mobility assistance.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with background checks and a Path to HCA registration. We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling (full- and part-time), healthcare benefits, 401(k), sick and holiday pay,

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and professional attitude.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) State Registration (we can assist with this process).
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check, drug screening, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Medication reminders and meal preparation.
• Providing local transportation.
• Meaningful companionship, light housekeeping, and assisting with light exercise.
