Job summary

Home Helpers of San Rafael is seeking mindful, compassionate caregivers and CNAs to support elderly clients with daily living activities. You will assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and medication reminders while maintaining a respectful, person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Must have valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) state registration is required (we will assist if not registered).
• Must be willing to obtain a current TB test and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Provide dementia care and companionship.
• Prepare healthy meals and medication reminders.
• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and light housekeeping.
