Job summary

CPI Security Solutions Inc in the Greater Seattle area is seeking a dynamic Hiring Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for our patrol and operations teams across Puget Sound.

This hybrid/field‑based role partners with Operations Leadership to build a strong pipeline, fill security officer and supervision roles, and support growth with effective training and retention strategies.

Experience in high-volume staffing and CRM/Excel proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Recruiting/hiring experience in security, law enforcement, or high-volume staffing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; field visits required.
• Background in security operations or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hiring Manager to join our growing security patrol and operations team. This position is perfect for a high-energy professional who excels at both driving new business and building strong teams. You will spearhead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to support our expanding patrol routes across the Puget Sound region.
