- Be the primary point of contact (POC) for an assigned book of security clients through transition and ongoing service.
- Lead client outreach and onboarding: make scripted outreach calls, explain transition, address questions, and build trust.
- Enter and manage client/system data in a specialized security ERP; coordinate with accounting for billing setup and accuracy.
- Manage scheduling, dispatch, and oversight of technicians and subcontractors for service requests and installations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and rapid issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- Represent company at networking and industry events; pursue business development and referral opportunities.
- Learn and communicate product capabilities (drone detection, AI camera analytics, other security tech) to clients and prospects.
- Help develop operational processes and scale the security operations team over time.
Day-to-day
- Majority of time (~60–80%) on client outreach, transition conversations, and relationship management.
- Regular ERP administrative work and coordination with accounting/tech teams.
- Field visits and on‑site client meetings across the DC metro area (requires reliable transportation).
- Technician coordination and service oversight.
- Periodic business development outreach and attendance at 3 networking/events per month (approx).

- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer‑facing presence and persuasion skills.
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and high character.
- Comfort with technology and basic electronics; ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Some technical or engineering exposure (telecommunications, comms, electronics, systems engineering or similar).
- Experience managing or coordinating technicians, field teams, or subcontractors.
- Proven relationship‑building skills and a sales/service mindset for client outreach and referrals.
- Must have reliable personal transportation for local travel.

- Familiarity with security‑specific ERP or field‑service management software.
- Experience with drone detection, AI‑based video analytics, or related security technologies.
- Prior business development or event‑driven networking experience.
- Experience in contract‑to‑hire conversions or scaling small operations.

- Significant ownership and visible impact during a critical company transition.
- Clear path for growth and potential upside through profit‑share / equity mechanisms for top performers.
