Argos, the premier HIPAA-compliant virtual receptionist service for medical and legal professionals, is seeking a Hiring Manager to lead our talent acquisition and onboarding strategy. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for identifying top-tier receptionist candidates, managing the hiring pipeline, and ensuring each new hire aligns with our operational standards and values. This role is essential to scaling our workforce efficiently and sustainably, maintaining the quality and consistency Argos is known for.

• Develop, implement, and manage Argos’ recruitment strategy for virtual receptionist roles
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and schedule regular interview cycles based on projected client demand
• Oversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes with an emphasis on client fit, call-handling ability, and reliability
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine job descriptions, onboarding procedures, and staffing forecasts
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, internal company policy, and role-specific technical requirements
• Partner with the Receptionist Success Manager to transition candidates seamlessly into active service
• Track and report hiring metrics to evaluate success, bottlenecks, and long-term workforce planning

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two or more years of experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, or administrative operations preferred. Experience in healthcare, legal, or remote team environments is a plus.

Must be located in the United States.
