Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
