National Home HealthCare, Inc. is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors across the Twin Cities area, including St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood, Woodbury, and Oakdale.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules to fit students, second jobs, and family needs. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, personal care, meal prep, errands, and light housekeeping, plus emotional support and emergency responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
• Commitment to health and safety.
• Able to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Well-organized and reliable with good communication.
• Positive, compassionate attitude with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients who can’t move on their own.
• Help with dressing, bathing, eating.
• Prepare meals according to restrictions.
• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Provide emotional support across care tasks.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

National Home HealthCare is currently hiring Caregivers/PCA/HHA/CNA's to care for our clients in the Twin Cities (St. Paul, Roseville, Maplewood, Woodbury, Oakdale) Area. We have flexible schedules that are perfect for college students, those looking for a second job, stay-at-home moms looking to make some extra money while kids are at school, and those who want to work full-time.

If you enjoy helping people, this job is for you.

Pay: $16 - $22 depending on experience.

Higher rates of pay available for more hours and willingness to travel to several clients!

Office headquarters in Oakdale, MN

Do not apply unless you can:

• Support clients who can’t move on their own
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat, etc.
• Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
• Help customers with their shopping
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
• Provide emotional support
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

What we need from you...

• Proven experience as personal care assistant (Preferred)
• Committed to health & safety
• Able to do housework and cooking
• Well-organized and reliable
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A positive and compassionate attitude
• Strong ethics
• Physical stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license
• Negative TB screening results (within the last 12 months)
• Must be able to pass a background check with DHS.
