Job summary

National Home HealthCare Inc in Oakdale, MN is seeking compassionate personal care assistants to support clients who can’t move on their own. The role involves helping with dressing, bathing, eating, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing emotional support.

You must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. Reliable, organized individuals with excellent communication and a positive, patient attitude are

Responsibilities

• Support clients who can’t move on their own
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat, etc.
• Cook meals according to the client’s restrictions
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment for client
• Provide emotional support/ be a companion
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Must be able to lift 30lbs, stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
• Speak fluent English
