Role Description

The Hiring Event Recruiter is a full-time, hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing hiring events to attract qualified candidates for various positions across the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, developing outreach strategies, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and screening event attendees. The Hiring Event Recruiter will manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, maintain accurate recruitment records, and provide a positive, professional experience for all applicants. The role also involves tracking event outcomes, reporting on metrics, and recommending improvements to recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or event-based hiring, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and timelines.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, including the use of applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.
• Event planning and coordination skills, including organizing venues, communications, schedules, and vendor relationships for hiring events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations, video conferencing) and comfort working in a hybrid setting.
• Understanding of fair hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience recruiting for real estate, luxury, or alternative asset industries is a plus.
