Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethton Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring full-time CNAs for day and evening shifts at the Elizabethton location. Earn sign-on bonuses of $2,500 for day shifts and $3,500 for evening shifts. Join a caring team delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a 94-bed facility with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Possess and active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to residents with high quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.

How you Will make a difference

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

What you Need to make a Difference
