Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of South Pittsburg Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will support daily living activities and monitor residents in a caring, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include ADLs, vital signs, mobility assistance, and prompt response to call lights, with collaboration within the nursing team. Our benefits and Signature Perks support growth, health, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable.
• Function independently with integrity and stakeholder collaboration.

• Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary.
• Recognize and support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain established housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

How you Will make a difference
