Aufgaben

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene as permitted by care plan and regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as appropriate.
• Prepare and serve meals according to client preferences and care plan.
• Provide medication reminders as directed and permitted by regulations.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans and Helping Hearts Care policies and procedures.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and care team.
• Promote client independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
