Job summary

The Little Beet, part of Convive Brands, is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our New York restaurant. You will ensure top-quality product preparation, service, safety standards, and financial accountability while managing labor and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant with comparable service levels and volume.
• NYC Food Handlers License is required to be considered for this position.
• Experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory, and COGs is strongly preferred.
