Convive Brands is hiring at The Little Beet for a part-time NYC Lenox Hill role. You will provide fast, friendly service, take orders, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area while expanding knowledge of pastry, bread, beverages, and retail items.

The position offers flexibility in scheduling and opportunities to grow within the Convive Brands portfolio. Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of restaurant experience, familiarity with Toast POS, and a willingness to be cross-trained across

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests throughout the visit.
• Receive and enter food orders for your station; note special requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to preferences; escalate issues to a manager as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail items.
• Keep the dining area and prep spaces clean and organized per cleaning checklists.
• Assist with basic food preparation and setup, including seating support and napkin stations.
