Job summary

Ralph’s American Grill is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host to greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate seating for an efficient dining flow. You will help maintain Ralph’s hospitality standards and ensure guests feel welcomed from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.

At Ralph’s American Grill, our Hosts are the first and last impression for every guest. The Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing the flow of the restaurant to ensure an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality.

Position Summary

The Restaurant Host is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating to support efficient restaurant operations. Hosts ensure guests feel welcomed and valued while maintaining Ralph’s hospitality standards.
