Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail including payments and correspondence.
• Scan payments and correspondence into the software program.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile payments to EMSafe and client requirements.
• Identify errors in checks and coordinate with teams to correct them.
• Maintain secure filing of checks and documents.
• Prepare weekly client deliverables and ensure accuracy.
