Datavant is seeking a Health Information Associate to process patient health information requests, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate chart preparation in a fast-paced, multi-location setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1 year of health information experience, and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year Health Information related experience.
• Able to travel locally/reg regionally ~75%+ of the time.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
