Job summary

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi seeks a Compliance Coordinator to support compliance activities and operations in adherence to laws. Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance, training team members, and administering the HIPAA Privacy Program.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of related experience, preferably with knowledge of HIPAA. We offer a competitive benefits package valued at one-third of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in healthcare or compliance.
• Strong preference for experience with HIPAA Privacy Rules is desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance activities governing the Company’s business.
• Provide and document training on compliance matters.
• Administer the corporate HIPAA Privacy Program.
