Atrium Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor of Health Information Management to oversee the site HIMS records processing, ensuring timely, accurate coding preparation and compliance with Joint Commission standards.

Under Premier Regional HIMS Manager, you will lead staffing, monitor productivity, assess performance, and maintain policies; RHIT certification and 5–7 years of related experience preferred, with strong leadership in a health information setting.

Formación

• Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• RHIT certification required.
• 5–7 years of job-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an HIMS department.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, organizing, staffing, and controlling all record processing functions of HIMS excluding coding and transcription.
• Monitor productivity and help establish standards with the Regional Manager.
• Oversee site HIMs, manage performance appraisals for direct reports.
