Encompass Health is seeking a HIMS Supervisor to lead our Health Information Management team. You will oversee HIMS functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize medical records systems for accuracy and accessibility.

As a supervisor, you’ll establish and maintain systems for collecting, maintaining, and retrieving clinical information, while promoting inclusion, diversity, and continuous staff development across our hospital network. Join a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of HIMS supervisory experience in an acute or rehabilitation hospital preferred.
• RHIA/RHIT/ CCS credential preferred.
• Proficiency with general office equipment and technology tools.
• Experience leading health information management teams and projects.

• Supervise HIMS staff and functions to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
• Implement and oversee systems for control, retrieval, and retention of clinical information.
