• Two (2) years of coding experience with multiple specialties.
• Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and professional encounters is preferred.
• Ability to query documentation to support accurate code assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze medical records to identify principal and secondary diagnoses and procedures.
• Assign ICD-CM, ICD-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes per official guidelines.
• Maintain coding accuracy and meet productivity standards.
