• Prepare reports and statistics on scanned images for management.
• Assist departments in navigating the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate on handling loose documents and maintain record integrity.
• Communicate scanning issues with Correspondence and Analyzers.
• Report new forms for approval and formatting.
• Manage medical record storage areas and coordinate with storage facility.
