Responsibilities

• Supports EHR workflow design, optimization, and automation.
• Develops training materials, SOPs, and supports team training.
• Creates ad-hoc reports and analyzes data using EHR systems and Excel.
• Acts as SME/super-user for applicable systems and workflows.
• Ensures medical records are accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant.
• Prepares, scans, indexes, and quality-checks medical records.
• Conducts imaging and quality control audits for compliance and data integrity.
• Manages paper chart requests, retention, and destruction processes.
• Troubleshoots issues and provides support in the manager's absence.
• Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to resolve errors and improve processes.
